ブランドの創業者のThierry氏は、若き頃に料理人の友人が多く、調理場で懸命に働く姿と共に、
いつも着ている制服が醜く蒸し暑いといった不満をよく耳にしていました。
その頃のフランスは、料理人への関心も、そしてシェフの制服への関心もそれほど高くありませんでした。
そこで友情に厚いThierry氏は、友人達がどうすれば快適にスマートに働くことができるのかを日々考えつづけ、
シェフウエアのデザイン・開発に没頭していきます。 Thierry, the founder of the brand, had a lot of friends who were chefs in his youth
and often heard complaints from them that their chef coats were uncomfortable.
At that time, there was not much interest in chefs and chefs’ uniforms in France.
As Thierry has a strong sense of friendship, he immersed himself in designing
and developing the chef’s coats to help them work smart and comfortably.
